Our after school fitness program offers various classes such as Athletic Lifestyle, Yoga, Spinning, Swimming and Running to students at West Adams Prep High School. The program also prepares the students for the “Go Play” out of school activities which include biking, hiking, beach games, kayaking to illustrate how health and fitness can lead to a more fun and adventurous lifestyle.

West Adams Prep offer a series of after school activities as part of their innovative “7 to 7 Program”. Through these after school classes, students will be given the opportunity to learn extra curricular activities in a safe and nurturing environment.

West Adams Prep was launched by the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) and Mentor LA (MLA) as a model public high school serving 2500 students with an exceptional education. West Adams Prep is a new high school in South Los Angeles – the first ever to be designed, built, and managed in collaboration between the private and public sectors. West Adams will showcase an environment akin to the best private and preparatory schools, yet available to any student in the neighborhood. With state of the art facilities and innovative programs, West Adams is positioned to be a dynamic focal point for the neighbourhood, a beacon of hope for the community and the entire city of Los Angeles.
